“I was an athlete my whole life, but in my early 20s, I didn’t recognize the person I’d become — exhausted, uncomfortable in my body, and constantly bouncing between diets and workouts that never stuck.”
After gaining 45 pounds in college and early marriage, I spent years trying to out-train my eating habits, especially during my time in the Army. I felt like I had to work harder than everyone else just to keep up — and no one ever taught me how to eat in a way that worked for me.
It wasn’t until I hired a nutrition coach that everything changed. I stopped guessing, followed the plan, and in six months, I went from frustrated and fluffy to stepping on stage as a bikini competitor — and feeling proud of what my body could do again.
That journey is what inspired me to become the coach I am today.
And now, I help women — especially other moms and athletes — reclaim their confidence, rebuild structure, and reconnect with the strong version of themselves they miss.
